Everyone is looking for success in ones life and tries his/her best to achieve it. Success can be defined in many ways like
“Success is inner peace” OR
“Success is to set a goal and achieve it and when you are about to achieve your goal, set another goal”
But the issue is “How can we get success”?
Through the Amal fellowship I really learnt a lot. I learnt different skills, became an extrovert and had fun activities. One of the most important thing that really inspired me is that if you want to become successful in your future, you should have some core values on which you should compromise. You should keep working on them and hit them while doing your job.
As the Amal’s core values are Humility, Growth, Acceptance, Honesty and Responsibility, there was an activity for showcasing the Amal’s core values and we did it.
I worked on those core values and still working on them.

Along with these core values, I made my 5 core values along with these values and came to realize that with my core values I am more efficient and effective in my daily and final results of any job.
I found out my personal core values and those are: Consistency, Foresight, Love, Patience and Teamwork. I just crafted them and put them in-front of me on the wall.
Moreover,
1) Consistency: Keep moving on overcoming every hurdle, makes you closer to your success.
2) Foresight: Having eye on the goals and hurdles in between you and your goal, makes your path easy for you to judge earlier.
3)Love: The factor of love with your members and others, makes them feel happy and you too. And it thus creates a mutualistic relationship.
4)Patience: Having patience keeps you moving on toward your success slowly but effectively.
)Teamwork: I really learnt a lot from Amal and the learning groups and its Activities. I got a chance to improve my teamwork capabilities and interactiveness.
Through these core values , I got a chance to enhance my energy level to do a task. So, through this act, I also impressed my friends and they really felt some change in me and asked me about this. I tell them to have core values of them to get success in their lives.
Before these core values, I do my work in irregular and in ineffective way and got really poor results in the end. But, through my core values, I really got success in doing my routine task.
- I do my work with consistency and ends up with the good results.
- Having eye on the future really helped me out in planning solution to problems
- Love for everyone, makes me and all others in happy mode.
- Due to patience, I got a mode on of slow and steady work.
- Through teamwork, I really did those task , which I was unable to do as like we did in Amal activities.
